Only a short walk
to the world famous Lanikai and Kailua Beaches, with pristine turquoise waters
and fine white sand. Watch the sunrise from your private lanai, listen to the
ocean on a quiet night or walk on the beach and watch the moonrise between the
islands. This distinctive
spot on the Windward side of Oahu is only a 30-minute drive from Waikiki,
Honolulu or from the airport. Five minutes away, in the quaint town of
Kailua are some of the best restaurants on the island, antique shops, and
rentals for kayaks and windsurfing.

You
have a choice of a suite with an ocean view, canopy bed, and a private outdoor
Jacuzzi, or studio with garden view and your choice of a king, queen or twin
sleeping arrangements. The units can interconnect on the inside if requested.
Each hideaway unit has its own a private entrance, bath, deck, kitchenette,
color cable television with DVD and CD player, telephone, clock radios, ceiling
fans, free parking, and a library on restaurants, island activities and Hawaiian
information. Your unit is stocked with a welcome breakfast of juices, cereals,
pastries, yogurt, fruits, coffee, teas, and surprises.

Availability and Information
Check-In: 3:00 PM, unless
prearranged.
Earlier check-in must be prearranged.
Check- Out:
10:00 AM. Late check-outs must be prearranged, (small service fee).
Payment: We accept personal checks, cashier's checks, or money
orders for your required deposit to confirm your stay. The balance is due 30
days prior to arrival. Short notice reservations require payment in full.
Currently we do not accept credit cards
Cancellations or Changes: Due to our intimate size, any cancellations
affect us significantly. Consequently, we adhere to a 30-day cancellation
policy. Cancellations 30 days prior will be refunded their deposit less a $35
processing fee. Cancellations less than 30 days will forfeit the deposit.
Cancellations, for any reason, with less than 14 days, will forfeit full
payment. All changes in reservations will be assessed an additional $25
processing fee.

One of the best hikes on
the island is right behind the Hideaway.
Beach chairs, mats and towels furnished.
Laundry faculties, a crib and /or a futon, hair dryers, ironing boards w/ irons
are available.
Each unit’s kitchenette has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster,
blender, hot plate, dishes and much more.
The B&B is a no smoking property.
Sorry no pets.

Directions from the Honolulu
International Airport
(approximately 30 minutes)
Take H1 West (for 3.5 miles) to Waianae, Pearl City, and Aiea; take Exit
13B to H-3 & 78 East. Stay
left to H-3 towards Kaneohe. Go
15 miles on H-3. Exit Kaneohe
Bay Drive. You will turn
left towards Kailua on KANEOHE BAY DRIVE. Follow KANEOHE BAY DRIVE for 3.6 miles.
The name of the road will change twice, once to KALAHEO, and then
to KAWAIOLA ROAD. Stay on it
until you reach ALALA Road. There
make a sharp left. Go to the top of
the hill on ALALA and you will enter LANIKAI. It is indicated by a large cement pillar (on the left by the ocean),
which has the word LANIKAI written on it. There
the road (one way- to the right) changes name to AALAPAPA DR. Stay on it for 0.9 mile.
LOOK FOR MOKOLEA DRIVE. TURN RIGHT; GO TO 1369 (10TH home) ON
THE RIGHT.
WE
HAVE A BLACK MAILBOX ON A "BRIGHT" RED POST. Use the
driveway to unload, and then park in the carport next to the street. You can't miss it - it is red and black.
