General information and Discounts
-Three night minimum stay required.
-Holiday minimum stays are longer.
-Rates are for double occupancy.
-Third person in the unit $35/nt
-Base rates do not include the taxes or one time cleaning fee.
-Discounts are for multiple units and long term stay.
-We honor Military TDY and PCS rates
-Long term and multiple unit discounts available.
-We accept payment by check or credit card.
-By Check: In US dollars, (personal, business or electronic), cashier’s checks, or money orders.
-By Credit Card: (4% transaction surcharge). The following information is needed for credit card payments: Type of card, Name on the card, Number, Expiration date, Security code and the zip code (postal code) for the billing address of the credit card.
-SHORT NOTICE requests are paid in cash or by credit card only.
-Rates are subject to change without notice.
Deposits and Final Payments
-Deposits must be received within 12 days of booking or are subject to cancellation.
-50% deposit is due within 12 days to confirm your reservation or your reservation may be cancelled.
-Final payment within 30 days of arrival.
Cancellation and Changes
Due to our intimate size, any cancellations affect us significantly. Consequently, we adhere to a 30-day cancellation policy. Cancellations 30 days prior will be refunded their deposit less a one-day stay, if we cannot rebook. If we can rebook, your full deposit is returned, less a $45 processing fee. Cancellations less than 14 days, will forfeit full payment unless we can rebook. Refund will be based upon the number of days we can rebook, less a $45 processing fee. All changes in reservations will be assessed an additional $25 processing fee and returned checks $45. Deposits must be received within 12 days of booking or are subject to cancellation.
